    ELECTIONS

    NLLSA is now accepting submissions from those interested in running for a seat on the
    National Executive Board for the 2008-2009 term. NLLSA has twelve open seats: National
    Chair, Vice Chair, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Community Action Coordinator, Attorney
    General, and 7 Regional Coordinator positions.

    The Elections Meeting will be held at the annual NLLSA conference in Albuquerque, New
    Mexico on October 16, 2008. First, second, and third year law students are encouraged to
    run.

    If you would like to stand as a candidate you must declare your candidacy by completing
    the forms below. You must also present a speech as to your platform at the Elections
    Meeting.

    The deadline to declare your candidacy is October 1, 2008.

    Candidacy Application                               
    Statement of Purpose                                
             A Signed Statement of Fiduciary/Duty & Conflict of Interest Policy
