MOUNTAIN REGION REPRESENTATIVE
Ricardo A. Barrera is a student at the Texas Tech University School of Law. While student body president of his undergraduate institution, Texas A&M University Kingsville, Barrera led several intitatives that extended minority opportunities. Barrera had the unique opportunity to work for the Former Dean of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, where he gained experience in monitoring legislation that would benefit his home area, which is nearly 70% hispanic. Barrera was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas. He is part of the NLLSA defending National Championship Moot Court Team. |
